You are not authorized to use the content in any other way; doing so could violate copyright and trademark laws. This agreement does not grant you permission to use any of Packaging Unit’s trademarks or those of its partner companies.

You also agree not to modify or remove any notices attached to the content you download from our service.

Content and Information

We strive to provide accurate and reliable information, but we cannot guarantee that all the content and information on this site is completely correct, comprehensive, up-to-date, or error-free.

Prices and Order Policy

We are not liable for changes in pricing over time. The prices of products available on this website are subject to change, and we reserve the right to modify them at any time.

Due to the nature of our custom packaging services, you must approve the proof for any printed products during the order process.

You have only 6-8 hours after approval to cancel your order. After this period, a cancellation fee will be applied.

We do not guarantee the cancellation of an order after 12-14 hours or once production begins. In such cases, full payment, including for the product, custom design, and shipping charges, will still apply.

We also reserve the right to alter or discontinue any of the services provided to our customers. We are not liable for any loss incurred by you or any third party due to price changes.

Submit Artwork Files for Designing

Our design and printing team will create electronic or hard copy materials from the artwork you submit. You must provide artwork files in 300 dpi and CMYK format. We are not responsible for any distortion, blurriness, or color inaccuracies resulting from files submitted in other formats.

The artwork you upload should be entirely your property. We do not accept any inappropriate content for printing.

Billing Information

The right to accept payments is reserved by Packaging Unit. We may impose limits on the number of items you can purchase per order or per product and reserve the right to cancel any order at any time.

You are responsible for providing accurate information, including your name, contact details, shipping address, and credit card information, when purchasing any products from our website.

In case of inaccurate information, we reserve the right to terminate your services. You must also provide correct credit card details, including the expiry date, for successful transactions.

Return and Refund Policy

Given our custom packaging services, we require you to notify us within three business days of receiving any faulty or defective product by contacting info@packagingunit.com.

While we do not offer refunds, we will work to satisfy you by reprinting the product according to your specifications. Please note that the new product may take 6-7 working days to reach you.

Shipment and Delivery

Custom design, printing, and coloring may take 4-5 business days, and shipment will take an additional 2-3 business days.

Production and printing time begins once we receive and approve your artwork files.

We make every effort to ensure that your order arrives on time. However, we are not responsible for any delays in shipping or delivery. If delays occur due to technical issues during printing, we will refund you for the affected charges.

Illegal Use

You are prohibited from the following activities: using the information for illegal activities, compelling others to use it for unlawful purposes, infringing on our intellectual property rights, providing false information, attempting to collect others’ personal data, engaging in phishing or spamming, misusing our information or services, or anything that threatens the safety or integrity of our website.

If you engage in any of these activities, we may suspend our services to you at any time and take legal action.
